In January 2024, Colvos Construction proudly completed the Othello Women and Children’s Shelter, transforming a former school building into a safe, welcoming refuge for vulnerable women and children. This emergency shelter provides immediate support, helping residents transition from the streets to independent living.

The facility includes private sleeping areas, restrooms, communal spaces, a kitchen, a laundry room, and dedicated indoor and outdoor play areas for children. Every detail was designed to offer comfort, dignity, and a sense of security, creating an environment where families can rebuild their lives.
