The Puyallup Medical Pavilion + MMA is a tenant improvement project that transformed a previously empty shell into a state-of-the-art, two-story healthcare facility. The first floor is home to the Mary Bridge Outpatient Clinic, offering specialized care in endocrinology, gastroenterology, neonatal follow-up, neurology, and pulmonology. This floor also features comprehensive primary and urgent care facilities, including an X-ray suite and an audiology suite, all built out by Colvos from the shell.

The second floor accommodates additional esteemed tenants such as Woodcreek Pediatrics, Behavioral Health Services, and various Adult Outpatient Clinics, enhancing the Pavilion’s commitment to providing diverse healthcare services. This transformation underscores Colvos’ expertise in delivering fully integrated healthcare environments from a blank slate.
