Colvos Construction completed this 3,000-sf renovation and remodel of the Ivar’s in Burien. The existing space was updated with improved lighting,  new tile, carpet, interior and exterior signage, furniture, and casework.

Colvos Construction also replaced the building’s existing awnings and creating a new storefront entry.
