Emerald City Athletics Columbia City location was completed in Spring 2022. The athletic club buildout was empty TI space within a shell & core building. The updates include the main floor with a kids space, locker rooms, champions club, weight rooms. The mezzanine homes cardio machines and a stretching lab. New features include custom turf, checkered cloud ceiling at the entrance, rubber flooring and LVT, updated paint, wallcovering, modern front desks, fireplaces and custom lighting with focus on green LEDs.
