Located on St. Helens Avenue, Cuerno Bravo is Tacoma’s premier steakhouse and cantina. To actualize the high-end concept by owner David Orozco and designed by local architect David Boe, Colvos coordinated a full build-out of the restaurant and kitchen, added a mezzanine landing, and installed a 1,500-gallon grease interceptor. Improvements made to the parking lot included remediation of decades old hazardous materials leftover from Tacoma’s history of newspaper print houses.
