205 Lake Street is a four-story mixed use space (office and future retail) that includes massive exterior and envelope transformation and interior refresh. Originally built in the early 1980s, ownership desired to see the building revitalized with a new shell complete with cast stone ornamental headers and a thin brick exterior to match the themes of historic downtown Kirkland.
