As the general contractor, our job is to provide highly skilled project teams to build your project in an efficient, timely, safe, and professional manner. Contracting services can be integrated at various project milestones and are adaptable to meet your specific needs. We are responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment (such as engineering vehicles and tools) and services necessary for the construction of the project. As the overarching leader of the project, we hire only qualified, vetted subcontractors to perform all of the construction work.

Under this delivery method, you contract directly with subcontractors and we manage their performance. Colvos employs specialized project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from its beginning to its end. To control a project's time, cost, and quality, our Construction Management services are compatible with all project delivery systems, including design-bid-build, design-build, CM At-Risk, and Public-Private Partnerships (P3). 

Design-Build provides owners with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of a project. One entity holds single-source responsibility and contractual risk for every aspect of a build — from estimation, assessments and pre-construction to architecture, schematics, engineering, subcontracting, construction and post-construction. This entity, the Design-Builder, manages all contracts with companies, such as subcontractors, equipment vendors and material providers.
